I am Femi Odelusi, passionate about connecting with people and empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to discover their true sense of purpose. Through coaching and mentoring, I help them achieve their goals, aspirations, and full potential.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and an EMCC Coach/Mentor at Senior Practitioner Level, I adhere to the Global Code of Ethics.

Additionally, I am an ORSC™ trained Systems Coach, and I specialize in fostering collaboration and systemic thinking.

With credentials as an ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Certified Coach (ICP-ACC) and Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF), I guide individuals, teams, Leadership, and enterprises toward high performance. I support leadership in creating an environment that removes impediments, enhances productivity, and drives quality outcomes. My expertise extends to facilitating Agile practices, fostering collaboration, and enabling self-organization within teams.

In various roles—Coach, Mentor, Facilitator, Trainer, and seldom as Consultant—I work closely with Scrum teams, Product Management, Business Owners, Stakeholders, and Leadership to optimize performance and maximize business outcomes. Organizational transformation is one of my key strengths.

As both a Personal and Professional Coach, I specialize in Executive, Business, and Life Coaching, helping leaders and teams realize early and continuous value across the enterprise.

Beyond coaching, I actively contribute to the Agile and coaching communities through articles, blogs, and speaking engagements at local, regional, and international Agile gatherings and meetups. I share insights on Agile, Scrum, team safety, organizational culture, and transformation.
