Cheryl Benson - Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master helping agile teams come together and deliver software for over 10 years. Using agile practices, I guide teams to keep business value at the forefront of our minds and practices. We continually review and adapt to overcome challenges and continuously improve. Our developers practice paired programming and TDD with using story points to determine capacity and velocity. Burn charts are utilized to help keep us on track to fully complete all stories brought into the sprint. We work with our product owner to prioritize work and identify the MVP's necessary for earliest release dates possible.
