Vibhu Srinivasan is the founder of Agilists.co, established in 2015 and based in Seattle, Washington State. As a certified Scrum Trainer, Vibhu has been teaching CSM, CSPO since 2011 and so far has taught more than 500 workshops.

He is a director in Accenture's CloudFirst practice where he helps global customers on their Journey to Cloud( Modernization), and drives new & innovative products on the cloud at scale.

In 2006, he created Agilefaq.net, an agile focused blog that captures insights and is widely read in many parts of the world. .

Prior to Accenture, Vibhu was a managing director at SolutionsIQ the world’s largest pure-play Agile Consulting firm, which was later acquired by Accenture in mid-2017, where he helped clients navigate the complexities of business agility. Over the years, Vibhu has helped organizations adopt agile adoption in companies like GE Healthcare, Alcatel Lucent, Many groups within Microsoft, Paypal, JP Morgan, Mckinsey, ABB, JDA, and many others. 

Vibhu started his Agile journey way back in 1998 as a developer building real-time systems using C++ on Unix. His work further helped him to dive deep into Object-oriented Design, Design Patterns, Test Driven Development, Use Cases & User Stories. 

He has taught product management workshops at the prestigious Northwestern University, Chicago  Masters in engineering management program. 

Vibhu is known for spreading the deeper meaning behind Agile practices through various conferences, meetup groups like Seattle Scrum User group, events, webinars. He has chaired many agile conferences over the years like XP conference India, Regional Scrum Gathering India 2017, Lean India Summit, & Agile Leadership Summit. He practices Agile thinking with his own life, including with his family and applies agile techniques to pretty much anything he does.
