Yi is currently one of the most experienced Agile and Lean coaches in China, has rich experience in Software Testing, Test Automation, Scrum, Agile Development, Team Management, Classroom Training and Coaching. Kaveri believes the core of software development is about people, processes and methodologies should support people’s interactions to produce value effectively. The purpose of Agile Training and Coaching is to develop the capability of people and the management of software development procedure.
Yi has 10+ years professional experience in TeleCom and IT, worked as I&V Engineer, Test Automation Engineer, Test Automation Expert, Test Automation Coach, Agile Tester, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile & Lean Consultant. Kaveri started to practice Scrum at team level since end of 2005, he specializes in Agile Transformation of big organizations (500+ headcount). After mastering black box testing in all its flavors - including ATDD, Exploratory Testing and Test Automation. After contributing to a test automation system for a 500 people organization, he started teaching Agile/Scrum practices to organizations being coached. Kaveri holds CSM, CSP and ITILv3 Foundation certifications, trained and coached by various Agile gurus.
Yi has been very active in both domestic and abroad Agile & Lean communities, is always the key driver and organizer of domestic Agile Conferences, also a popular speaker at conferences and community events. Kaveri was the Simplified Chinese translation leader of the Agile Manifesto, and also a professional translator, translated books including “Explore It", ”“Agile Coaching”, “The Elements of Scrum”, “Management 3.0” and “Beautiful Teams”.
