Michael Hofmann works with Scrum since 2005 and helping teams as a Scrum consultant and trainer since 2010. Michael is partner and chairman of the supervisory board of oose Innovative Informatik eG (Hamburg) in Germany. In his company principles of self organisation and and agile are applied on the organisation as a whole. For his focus on Scrum offerings he founded Arbeitswandel GmbH. Holding a PhD in physics, Michael worked since 1999 in software development projects as developer, software architect, project manager, Scrum Master, agile coach and trainer. Since 2013, Michael also holds a masters' degree in work and organisational psychology. He's interested in the psychological background of Scrum, e.g. he investigated the mental health status of team members of Scrum Teams and of Non-Scrum-Teams. Michael has written book contributions and speaks regularly on conferences on agile and psychlogical topics.
