Manoj Yadav:

Manoj is a strong manager who combines technical and soft skills to build successful large scale applications and sites. He has been using Microsoft technologies for over ten years.

Manoj started his career with a start-up (www.godubai.com) in Dubai, U.A.E. as a Web programmer. He later took over the role and responsibilities of the DBA as well.

Manoj moved to the U.S. in 1999 and started working with Deloitte Consulting. He joined Deloitte as a System Analysts and was promoted within six months to a consultant while stepping into the role of his Manager. His first assignment at Deloitte was to integrate multiple state agencies to use one system thereby reducing the redundancy and cost of maintaining electronic copies of all their transactions. His next project was with the County of San Mateo where he was solely responsible for building a web application for the Alcohol and Other Drugs program. On his next project Manoj played the role of the Architect and Functional Manager at Genetic Disease Branch (GDB).  At GDB he built Screening Information System (SIS) which is currently in used by the State of California for screening all new born babies and pregnant women. This project had a team size of over 50 people and Manoj was responsible for the development cycle, where he managed over 20 people. He also got promoted to a Sr. Consultant on this project. The application won multiple awards throughout the country for Public Sector systems.

After 5 years with Deloitte, Manoj joined Earthlink as the Manager of Web Development group. While at Earhtlink he got certified as a PMP (PMI) and Scrum Master (AGILE Development). At Earthlink, Manoj was led a team of developers responsible for designing, updating and maintaining peoplepc systems (the fastest growing ISP in the country) including www.peoplepc.com, home.peoplepc.com, myaccounts.peoplepc.com and the CRM system for customer care. The key challenge was to upgrade to a .net platform and meeting PCI compliance while meeting all the business and year end goals of adding new subs with a limited number of resources.  

Manoj left Earthlink at the end of 2007 and is currently with AccountMaven.com, where he is the Director of Engineering and is responsible for day-today IT decisions for the company.

Manoj has worked with Microsoft web technologies starting from .htx to .net. He has built multiple systems using asp and upgraded systems from asp to .net. He is currently working with Asp.net 3.5. On the server side he has worked with Windows2000 to Windows2003, IIS 5.0-7.0 and SQL server and Oracle RDBMS. He also has experience with Community Server and a host of other tools.

Manoj has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Guru Jambeshwar University, India, along with management certificates from Harvard Business School. He is also a member of the PMI and Mensa.
