Yasuo Hosotani is a manager of software development section in Mitsubishi Electric Corp.

He has been active in the Agile community of Japan for more than ten years.

He was XPJUG Kansai leader until 2008 to 2011.

(XPJUG Kansai is eXtreme Programing Users Group in western of Japan)

and He is organizer for Agile Tour Osaka.

He got CSPO from Jim Coplien in 2012.

He is a expert Agile Testing.

He talked about agile testing in Scrum Alliance Retional Gathering Tokyo 2013.
