Jennifer Carnie - I'm currently a managing director of Customer Systems, Inc. CSI was started in 2001 and provides consulting, analysis, design and development services in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) segment. We are located in Scottsdale, AZ with a sister office in Melbourne, Australia.
Previous to CSI, I worked at SalesLogix Corporation (now Sage Software) as a Sales Engineer, Product Evangelist and Product Manager.
