E-Learning professional specializing in creating effective e-learning using agile methodologies, training needs assessments, and finding creative ways to implement them. Interested in using in-house e-Learning development to provide curricula that adds value to the business and empowers the end-users to learn and improve behaviors.
Specialties include: E-learning instructional design, storyboarding, agile e-learning development, rapid prototyping, SCRUM, LMS selection, implementation, and administration, reporting tools, communication, project implementation and monitoring, translation management.
I was born in the U.S., raised in Geneva, Sweden, New Jersey, and then Geneva again. Obtained my IB Diploma with honours, studies Genetics and Bioinformatics at McGill University in Montreal, and then found out through work experience that I have a passion for training, technology, analysis, and a wide range of interests. E-learning is an interesting field that allows me to do a bit of everything: become an expert on new topics with every new project, apply agile methodologies to keep customers happy, and learn about new tools and technologies.
