International consulting experience in technology planning at Coopers & Lybrand (PwC). Projects and programs have been led utilizing a combination of Scrum, Agile and waterfall traditional project management - across both software development and infrastructure domains.
Success in technology delivery is identifying the characteristics of the deliverables and the project team, then rightsizing project management processes to ensure efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and consistent delivery.
As CIO of Allegient Systems, led the development of a web-based SaaS vertical application for managing legal expense in the property casualty insurance space. Also built a strong technology team and support organization for over 7,000 active users. Introduced and implemented the RUP methodology for software development.
As COO / CIO of Aon Global Compensation Consulting, led the transition to RUP from an unstructured environment. Introduced centralized planning and SDLC management tools. Led the development of a global web-based reporting platform.
Led both infrastructure and software development teams at Bridgewater Associates, a leading investment firm, utilizing Scrum methodologies to transform delivery cadence.
Presently leading the development of target state reference infrastructure architectures and standing up the IaaS and PaaS cloud infrastructure for Morgan Stanley, a world-leader in investment banking.
