About
Ben is an experienced coaching and agile professional. Since 2008 he has been assisting businesses, teams and individuals in finding more effective ways of defining and responding to the world around them. His work encompasses coaching, training, consultancy, mentoring and facilitation to achieve this.
Ben works with committed individuals and teams, helping them develop the awareness, confidence and skills to thrive in their context.
Originally, Ben is from a technology background, having held positions in software engineering and management before progressing into coaching. He frequently works closely with product and engineering managers as well as company leaders.
His client list ranges from startups, to scale ups to multinationals and household names. What is consistent is his success in finding the right way forward for the client in their context. No cookie cutters or broad brush approaches.
Outside of Scrum Alliance Ben has achieved an ACC certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds a Post-Grad Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching from the University of Chester.
Since 2012 Ben has been co-organiser of the Agile Coaching Exchange, an agile meetup / user group bringing the best minds from the agile community together to share ideas and transform how work gets done.
Ben is based in London and is available to work in-person or remotely.
