Ivor Addo

Ivor D. Addo is an Iasa Certified IT Architect - Professional with well over 14 years of practitioner and technology leadership experience. He currently works as an IT Director at Baker & Taylor - the world's largest distributor of physical and digital content. In his current role, Ivor is focused on providing architectural advise and technical oversight of the company's key strategic Ecommerce properties. Ivor is also a PhD Student at Marquette University in Wisconsin. He is looking to complete his PhD studies in Computational Sciences in the year 2015.

Ivor's area of expertise extends from solutions architecture to enterprise strategy. He has also authored a number of published scientific research articles and he is in the process of completing a book and journal article on Mobile Health Technology Roadmaps. From designing ECommerce platforms through e-Healthcare intervention solutions, Ivor has been exposed to several experiences as a practicing architect with a stern focus on deriving value from engagements with top-stage corporate and consulting brands including Microsoft, Avanade, Baker & Taylor, Wells Fargo, TimeWarner, Charter Communications and, in some cases, their respective clients. In this role, Ivor seeks to make major contributions to the advancement of the architectural profession and the adoption of the Agile/SCRUM framework.
