Lucia is an Enterprise and Leadership Coach. She has a genuine passion for coaching and enjoys creatively supporting others in their discovery towards an increased awareness, performance and fulfilment.
She has 20 years of experience in multicultural and geographically distributed enterprises going through Agile Transformations and has worked at all levels, from teams to senior leaders. She helps her clients define and achieve success and her goal is to help them create self-sustainable change.
Lucia serves as an Executive and Leadership Coach to non-profit organizations that work with rising Leaders all over the world at crucial points in their careers to help them manifest the change they want to be, and see, in the world.
Lucia is a Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Team Coach (CTC) and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Lucia teaches ICAgile classes and works as a Coaching Instructor and Mentor Coach to help other Coaches develop professional coaching skills.
