Konrad Pogorzala was a member of the agile42 team of coaches and is based in Berlin, Germany. For more than 15 years, he has been continuously improving his agile skills and helping diverse organizations adopt Agile values and principles.

Konrad was born in Poland, where he grew up and finished high school. He studied in Berlin, Germany and has lived in that lovely city for more than twenty years.
