About
Having worked for more than 22 years in technology organizations, and with rich experience in performing different functions and leading Lean, Agile and DevOps Transformations, I found my passion in helping everybody in the organizations to find a better work-life balance, realize their full potential and live a life of fulfillment.
It has always been fascinating for me to explore how the human mind works and how its vastness and depth leads to the birth of new possibilities.
My work focuses on empowering individuals as well as the relationship and productivity aspects of Teams and Organizations while employing diverse coaching models such as Organization Relationship Systems Coaching and Co-Active Coaching. I facilitate and train Organizations in the Mindset, Skills, and Tools required to execute Successful Change through Powerful Collaboration. As a Coach and Facilitator, I have extensive experience in coaching Executives and Management Teams, Cross-Functional Agile Teams, Partnerships, Cross-Cultural Teams and Team & Enterprise Coaches.
Whether I’m working with individuals, partnerships, leaders or teams, I’m always focused on awareness, growth, and development. I love to explore their unique strengths and challenges and work with them to become ever more effective in their work and their world.
Training and Mentoring Coaches to use coaching skills and to relate to others from a ‘coaching stance’ is one of my passions. I’ve traveled across the world teaching Coaches how to listen deeply, bring curiosity to their life and be ‘co-active’ in their approach.
I've Trained and Certified more than 2500 people in Agile Way of Working around the world.
