Piotr Jacek Gumułka is a Scrum Master taking care of two Scrum teams in Nokia Mobile Networks placed in Kraków. He's favorite part of being a Scrum Master is making teams life easier by developing helpful tools in Linux environment. With other experienced Scrum Masters he is providing internal workshops and trainings for future and beginner Scrum Masters at his site. He collaborates with fellow Team-members, SMs, POs and Management to make Scrum more meaningful in his organization, not only as a methodology but also as a philosophy of team work. In his spare time he works on his philosophy Ph.D. and enchances his skills in beautiful game of Go.
