Rohit is a highly experienced Agile Trainer and Coach with a background in Software Development. He has successfully guided numerous large organizations through Agile transformations by working closely with both teams and leadership. His expertise includes delivering hands-on training and coaching on adopting Agile/Scrum and Lean/Kanban, incorporating XP practices, and DevOps principles across people, processes, and tools.
He has worked in India, US, UK, Singapore and currently Australia, developing a strong understanding of cultural dynamics and effective collaboration within highly diverse teams. He has worked across diverse domains, from startups of 40+ people to large bank IT departments with over 10,000 employees. His experience spans banking, finance, retail, university marketing teams, and both IT and non-IT agile teams.
Rohit is also an active volunteer in the Agile and Scrum communities, regularly participating in international conferences like Global and Regional Scrum Gatherings. He co-founded the Agile Tour Singapore conference and organized ATSG15. Additionally, he co-hosted the first-ever Scrum Coaching Retreat in Singapore in 2016 and co-chaired the Global Scrum Gathering in 2017. His contributions extend to presenting and reviewing sessions for Global and Regional Scrum Gatherings.
