Christopher specialises in program/project delivery optimisation and acceleration via Agile frameworks (Scrum, Lean, LeSS, SAFe, Kanban, Kaizen, + many more) and correlating technology practices (DevOps). He works across business and technology business units as necessary to achieve client outcomes. 
Part of Deloitte Australia's Agile Community of Practice (CoP) leadership team, resource development and agile industry events. 

During his career, Christopher has worked in the Finance, Power, Utilities, Defence, Media, Technology and Telecommunications industries. His consulting background has made him flexible, adaptable and knowledgeable of Prince 2 (Waterfall) and Agile Project Management methodologies, Target Operating Models, Application frameworks, and business/IT strategies.
