I'm a professional Enterprise Agility Coach and Trainer, and have been practicing Agile and Lean for 20+ years.  My certifications include Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Agile Leadership (CAL1), Agile Leadership Journey Guide, ICAgile Authorized Instructor, ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), ORGANIC agility Professional, Certified LeSS Practitioner (CLP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC5).  Trained and experienced with Organizational Change Management models, including: Kaizen, Kotter, Prosci, Satir, and PDSA.
