Over more than 20 years, I have trained thousands of people, coached individuals through career-defining transitions, and facilitated large-scale transformations in global enterprises like Siemens, Allianz, as well as companies in medical technology, insurance, and home appliances. 

My expertise spans Scrum, Lean, Kanban, LeSS, CMMi, ORSC, personal coaching (ICF-PCC) and other approaches, but more importantly, I know when to go beyond frameworks to find what truly works for you and your organization..

The multi-crisis of today demands more than agility. It requires resilience, systemic thinking, and modern leadership. Recognizing this shift early, I have been actively shaping the intersection of agility and sustainability and shared this perspective at international conferences, as part of a growing global community. I am the author of Kleine Schritte. Große Wirkung, a book about how agility can contribute to sustainability.
