My name is Viktor Buzga, I am an enthusiastic Scrum Master and Lead Developer in Hungary. I lead two Scrum Teams and providing consult for smaller companies in Hungary. I have an experience in introducing Scrum into multiple enterprises on a team level, as well as using agile practices on an enterprise level, which is supported by my knowledge and certification about Scaled Agile Framework. I am a relentless learner, I use a lot of community knowledge, and books to teach myself about agile practices. Besides learning about them, I have a chance to try them out with my teams too.
