Anna Rudat

Anna Rudat studied International Business Administrations and has gathered, during her professional career as a consultant, a lot of experience about agile work. She is driven by the motivation to create work environments, which are based on a human centralized approach and the ambition to continuously improve itself while delivering value to the customer as early as possible. Therefore Anna came to value Scrum as a very powerful framework, since Scrum does enable people to work effectively together, constantly improve work and products while delivering business value as early as possible. During her first years Anna gathered experiences in different agile teams and as an change agent in organizations. Nowadays Anna works as Scrum Team Coach and Agile Change Manager with broad experience in the preparation and conduction of interactive workshops to: • Achieve objectives via self-organization • Foster goal-oriented behaviour and passion Anna is valued for her social competence, her experience in international projects and her engaging work, which is based on an authentic way of living agile values and principles.
