Anubhav Sinha has around 11 years of IT Product Development experience and core focused in Business Analysis and Product Management engagements. He has experience working in diversified domains as e-commerce, credit risk, airline reservation, travel-hospitality, financial-data portfolio and also includes pre-sales engagement in his earlier span of the career. He is a techno-functional product evangelist with strong experience in all facets of product management and solution conceptualization for Enterprise and Consumer Model applications. At present, Anubhav is associated with Technosoft Corporation as Practice Lead - Business Analyst and working with organizational objectives and goals to meet enterprise agility. Previous to Technosoft, Anubhav has worked in start-up environment and led Scrum based engagement as Practice Lead - BA, Principal Product Owner and Product Owner. He is an agile enthusiast and associated with various group for agile learning and knowledge sharing to assist people to manage activities smartly. He holds Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics from RGPV University and a postgraduate in Marketing and International Business. He is a true learner and agile enthusiast, always keen to assist team members, other team members or any person who makes an approach to him on any mode-medium. During his learning path, Anubhav has learned and earned various accolades as CSM, CSPO, SAFe Agilist, Kanban (KMP 1 and KMP 2) and is an independent learner and reader for LeSS (Large Scale Scrum). His zeal and curiosity makes him to learn more and to get knowledge for how to deal for real time challenges which comes during interaction with customers, team and management. Eventually, he has started assisting and mentoring team members, senior folks and leaders on the path of agility and how we can reach near to success by implementing right and best practices smartly. He is more focused on evidence based management which assists him to work for enterprise agility and proto thoughts to meet organizational objectives. He has started assisting various engagements at organization scale to assist enterprise agile concepts and focused on Agile coaching, for which, he has started grooming himself as Speaker for Meetups and Webinars. He has also started contributing on a level up of the agile basics. At present, he has started looking for enterprise agility scale up for measuring progress, utilizing concepts and practices from XP, Kanban and Scrum for technical excellence and for OKRs for team and business verticals to align with organizational goals.
