Jake Calabrese

Jake Calabrese is a coach, trainer, consultant, and facilitator - helping organizations meet the promise of agile by going beyond agile practices to address organization safety issues, culture challenges, and to understand what leadership and management really mean for high-performance teams. He helps teams and leaders understand how to reach and maintain high-performance by creating anti-fragile teams. He has unique expertise as an Organization & Relationship Systems Certified Coach (ORSCC), a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), S.A.F.E.T.Y. Coach, and as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). He helps organizations both within the IT and software space as well as outside that space, through the organization (including operations, HR, marketing, sales, and more). Jake created the AgileSafari cartoon series to introduce humor into the more challenging issues we have to tackle. Jake uses ideas from various areas of thinking such as: Lean, professional coaching, neuroscience, psychology, facilitation, brain-based training, improvisational, agile, kanban, and scrum. Jake regularly speaks at local and national conferences conferences about new topics and with new twists around leadership and professional coaching.
