Eugen Coanda

I studied Informatics in high school, followed by technical university and postgraduate IT studies, which led me to a career in IT.

I started as an IT Trainer for beginners, but my first real job was as a Network Engineer at a local company. After two years, I moved to a multinational company as a Network Monitoring Engineer. In just five months, I advanced to a Second Level Support role in the Firewall area.

Two years later, I became a Team Leader for the Network Operations Center. Over five years in this role, I developed strong leadership skills, learning to guide, unite, and earn my team’s trust.

As IT organizations embraced Agile, I transitioned into Agile and Scrum, eventually becoming a Scrum Master, managing up to three teams at times. I also started Agile Coaching, training teams in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
