People say I am an entrepreneur, but I believe I am an amateur artist, who is learning art of life (with great inconsistency).

I started my professional career at the age of nine as a stage performer (stand up comedian and acting in play) followed by amateur writing for news papers....poetry,, then into family business....and back to study in engineering college (cool-age), then IT professional, tried couple of venture (Could not start), then founded Qonta and developed a core banking solution.

At present, working with Capgemini as Agile - DevOps coach for Capgemini Financial Services - Spain Madrid.

Working with various customer in delivery transformation initatives. 

Worked as Product manager for proprietary applications iCompass and Prompt;  Responsible for product strategy, delivery and global adoption and roll out.

An Agile evangelist; helping others (account / project) in agile adoption and in improvement of existing process. Also facilitates "Agile-For-Developers" training programs for budding Agile professionals.

As a non profitable activity (my contribution toward eco-system), I am working with various start-ups & pre-start-ups in Pune, India. I am helping them in business development, raising fund, creating business plan, setting up venture and achieving operational efficiency.

Co-founder of Qonta Software Pvt. Ltd. - run it for 3 years, had offices at IT park, Pune and Time tower, Gurgaon.    In good times, it had turn over of 0.5 million USD and order book of  approx 5 million USD, with clients in India, USA and UK.

Conceptualized, Developed and Strategized BanQer (A Core Banking software solution for rural regional banks and cooperative banks) 

Co-creator of www.d2i.in (A City based infotainment Portal);

Overall, 12+  years of enriched IT experience in various profiles such as developer, business analyst, scrum master, Agile coach, product  manager, business development and IT product roll out.
