Sherman Gomberg is passionate about bringing Agile and Scrum to individuals, teams, and their organizations. He founded Scrum Adventures in 2016 as an opportunity to enrich others. He knows that to help others, he also must continually enrich himself and has obtained certifications such as, CST®, CSD-T™, CTC™, ICAgile Authorized Instructor, Training from the BACK of the Room Trainer (TBRT), PMI-ACP, and Scrum@Scale (S@S). Sherman is the founder of the CaDoMI™ Agile Transformation Ecosystem, which thrives on customer feedback and involvement for continually improving an organization on their Agile journey. He strives to help clients achieve their strategy and vision, leveraging his more than thirty years of consulting and coaching experience, from conceptualization to creativity through to developing applications and websites. Sherman has guided organizations on their Agile Transformation journey while providing mentorship for executive leadership, project management, product development, interactive/social marketing, lead management, business intelligence, creative design, and DevSecOps. He has a knack for matching best practices with technology to deploy world class results. His three favorite words are creativity, innovation, and disruption. Sherman is passionate about Agile Transformation, Coaching, and Training. You will often find Sherman enjoying time with his rescue animals, spending time with family, playing soccer, or playing basketball.
