I'm currently working as Lead Analyst with JLT Group on the flagship employee benefits software BenPal. I've been here since autumn 2011 and we made the move over to Agile Scrum practices over three years ago. Since then, I've worked within Scrum teams as a business analyst, acting as the conduit between the business users and the development teams. For the last eighteen months, I've moved into more of a Product Ownership function, keeping an eye on the overall backlog and priorities, while ensuring that the teams are aware of the wider impact of their work and delivery. 

Before JLT, I worked for FNZ, again using Agile methodologies to deliver small-scale projects in the wealth management sector. This involved being on-site with clients and customers, directly eliciting requirements for backlogs. 

I now want to be taking on more aspects of Product Ownership, with a view to becoming a Product Owner/Manager in my own right within the next couple of months. 

Outside of work hours my wife and I enjoy travelling and keeping fit, whether that's at the gym or dancing!
