As a Certified Enterprise Coach and Certified Scrum Trainer, I have extensive experience spearheading large-scale digital transformations, Agile adoptions, and DevOps change programs. When I’m not in the office, you might find me developing property on a building site, braving the chilly waters of a Welsh lake, or soaring in the skies working towards my Private Pilot’s Licence.
