Lisa Marie Smith, owner and CEO of Smith Business Services, LLC, is a project management and contact center consultant with over twenty-five years of experience in the industries. Ms. Smith is a PMP certified project management professional, a PMI-SP certified scheduling professional, and a PMI-RMP certified project risk management professional through PMI. Ms. Smith holds Prince2 Practitioner certification. Ms. Smith is a MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) and a MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist) for Managing Projects with Microsoft Office Project 2007, for Enterprise Project Management with Microsoft Office Project Server 2007, and for Managing Projects with Microsoft Project 2010.
