I design the Technical strategy for products.
Since last 10+ years we have been using Scrum in product development. Initially we worked in 3 week Sprint and now we am working in 1 week Sprint. At the end of every Sprint we have Retro Meeting where we discuss how to reduce the feedback loop, how do we continue to learn and produce valuable software. Now the current product that we are developing using scrum is leanGears. Now every story goes to production we do not wait for sprint completion, as soon as a story is done it does to production. We make use of Wireframes to fasten our feedback loop and also we go to Meetups and Conferences to get user feedbacks. We build our product based on user feedbacks. By practicing Scrum we have developed our own values that we live by

While developing I do Pair Programming. This helps me in improving my knowledge and also helps me improve my developed product quality.
