Teddy Carroll

Teddy began his agile journey over 20 years ago when he and his teams began using UML, XP, and other tools and practices.

Teddy's software development and marketing experience includes roles as diverse as User Experience Architect, User Acceptance Tester, Creative Director, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach. Teddy has a passion for solving customer problems with simple and elegant solutions. He has worked with managers, directors, and c-level executives of start ups, Fortune 500 organizations, and everything in between to innovate and deliver the best software solutions for their customers.

During his career, Teddy noticed that when his teams failed to meet customer expectations, it rarely had anything to do with the team's ability, rather it had more to do with organizational and team issues. Teddy now pursues success by designing and co-creating great teams and organizations so they can create great products. 

In addition to being an experience Enterprise Agile Coach, Teddy is also a certified professional coach in ORSC (Organization Relationship Systems Coaching), which uses a systems and realtionship systems lens to examine your organization and teams to find areas for growth and improvement. Teddy uses ORSC to compliment his agile coaching when coaching leaders, organizations and teams.
