Regina Martins aims for continuous improvement in her personal and professional lives and her daily mantra is to be a better version of herself today than she was yesterday. She started her career in the business and moved to IT 15+ years ago where she has fulfilled many roles, from Business Analyst to Project and Programme Manager, to being responsible for IT delivery for a bank in Mauritius. In this role she led a software development team who used Scrum and Kanban to successfully deliver strategic change to the business. She has been a Scrum Master since 2010 and more recently an Agile Coach. She gets energised when she is involved in building self-organising teams and facilitating these teams to deliver value to business stakeholders. She is experienced in navigating governance and processes to make Agile work in a corporate environment. Regina is a Certified Scrum Trainer, Scrum Foundations educator, Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Kanban Management Professional, Certified LeSS Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, Human Systems Dynamics Professional, Training From The Back Of The Room Practitioner, NLP Practitioner (Masters) and Certified Radical Collaboration Trainer.
