Scrum experience since 2006 - when I started to implement Scrum at the PTV Group in Karlsruhe (up to 4 teams).

Founded my first company Cyber Manufaktur (User Experience) in 2010 and my second company Emendare (Agile Consulting) in 2013.
Co-Developer and Trainer for the "Scrum Master Ausbildung". An extended education for Scrum Masters.
