Rob started teaching Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) in 2012. In 2020 and later he was part of the working group who developed the learning objectives for Advanced CSD (A-CSD) and is currently working with that group on a CSD individual assessment and improvement survey for the Scrum Alliance.

Rob Myers has been a software industry professional since 1986, and has been using, teaching, and coaching various Agile & Scrum software development practices since 1998. He has helped numerous organizations--from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies--improve their developers' skills and deliver valuable, high-quality software. His courses are a blend of fun, practical hands-on exercises; Sharon Bowman's "Training From the Back of the Room" techniques; and first-person stories from both successful and not-so-successful Agile implementations.

Rob has enjoyed teaching numerous in-person courses in the US, Canada, Argentina, Ireland, England, Denmark, India, China, and South Korea.

Rob is almost done writing Essential Test-Driven Development (Addison-Wesley, Q4 2025 if we're lucky).
