La formation « Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) » délivre les outils et les concepts de Scrum relatifs au rôle du Product Owner. Elle est destinée à tout responsable de projet et de produit souhaitant évoluer vers une approche Scrum et au manager recherchant des solutions pragmatiques à des problèmes organisationnels.

Scrum est un Cadre de Travail (Framework) de Management de Produit qui apprend aux équipes Scrum (ie Equipe Scrum = Product Owner, ScrumMaster, Equipe) à devenir de plus en plus efficace avec le temps. Contrairement à l’approche traditionnelle qui détecte les dérives de temps trop tardivement, Scrum permet de visualiser en temps réel l’estimation des délais restant et l’optimisation de la Valeur Métier (Business Value). Vous optimiserez ainsi à chaque instant le Retour sur Investissement (ROI) de vos clients et aurez l’opportunité de modifier les caractéristiques de votre projet ou de l’arrêter très tôt.

Basée sur des ateliers, des exercices et des retours d’expérience, cette formation vous présente tout un panel de solutions qui vous permettra de découvrir l’importance de ce rôle de manière concrète et pragmatique.

Quelques jours après la formation, les stagiaires pourront télécharger leur certificat depuis le site : http://www.scrumalliance.org. Ils auront également accès à la base documentaire et aux informations de la ScrumAlliance pour une période de 2 ans. La certification CSPO est une certification officielle de la Scrum Alliance
