Eric Tucker's Agile Facilitator training was the most interactive and engaging virtual training I'd ever engaged in -- by a long shot. Not only did Eric repeatedly involve trainees in class-wide discussions, but I also felt like I really knew my breakout group after so many breakout sessions with the same people. If you want an engaging virtual workshop, Eric Tucker is your man.

Eric's virtual training was the worlds better than what I anticipated. Rather than lecturing at us for hours on Zoom, he continuously engaged us in class-wide and breakout-group discussions. The hourly 10-minute breaks sprinkled in were also much appreciated. It was a long weekend of training, but I feel like I absorbed significantly more content with Eric's engaging methods and frequent group activities.

This course is awesome and Eric is amazing! I took his Scrum Master course and this facilitator course is equally amazing! I had little know about facilitation and had limited thinking that facilitator is a minor role in meeting only, but it's way more than that! Eric led us through all the concepts, techniques and we had a lot of fun engaging live practices, and now I know it's not just facilitation meeting flow, but also has a lot to do with people, process, outcome and even psychology part in it. Highly recommend this course by Eric and I'll actively look for other courses to learn and practice!

Excellent facilitation modeling the behaviors and skills we covered. Everyone felt seen and heard and that led to a sense of inclusion and desire to actively contribute to the discussion. The format, pace, exercises, and teamwork kept the learning interesting, engaging, and fun throughout the weekend. For the breadth and depth of the content we covered, time flew by! I've taken countless trainings throughout my career and I think this is the best I've ever experienced. I am eager to take the Scrum Master training next.
