REQUIREMENTS

Hold a Certified ScrumMaster^® (CSM) certification with the Scrum Alliance.
Attend an Advanced ScrumMaster^® class (A-CSM) to gain techniques and skills that go beyond the basics and mechanics of Scrum, expanding into interaction, facilitation, coaching, and team dynamics.
Complete all educator-designed components of an approved educational offering. This may include pre- or post-course work as deemed necessary by your approved educator to complete the learning objectives.
Accept the A-CSM License Agreement and complete your Scrum Alliance membership profile.
Validate at least 12 months of work experience specific to the accountability of Scrum Master (within the past five years).

Through the A-CSM, you’ll learn to:

Facilitate better dialogue between the Product Owner, Scrum Team members, customers, stakeholders, and executives
Respond confidently when encountering resistance to change, lack of engagement, low motivation, and unavailability of key people
Increase engagement to encourage greater accountability, commitment, and buy-in
Scale Scrum and Agile beyond a single team

Eric is an excellent instructor and the class was great! Well put together materials that made students think through everything at a deeper level.

My workshop with Eric Tucker was incredibly enlightening. He expertly guided the students through various eye opening activities that allowed us to teach and learn from each other as we explored various scrum topics and facilitation techniques to help us succeed in the Agile world. Eric had many interesting lessons from his own personal experience that went far beyond the traditional documentation and demonstrated the mindset that practically guarantees success as an advanced scrum master and agile coach. One of my biggest learning moment centered around guiding team members to find solutions for the issue they may face. I would definitely recommend this course to any passionate agile leader looking to grow their skills.

I Eric Tucker did a great job guiding the class through the A-CSM course. He allowed us to teach ourselves just as much as he taught- which is a good thing. At times I did feel that some of the exercises were very basic- not necessary advanced learnings.

Eric Tucker came highly recommended to me and I am highly recommending him to everyone else! I am thrilled I was able to have him as my teacher for the advanced class work.

Coach Eric Tucker was amazing. The course included various interactive assignments and quizzes that allowed me to apply my knowledge and assess my understanding of the material. These assignments were challenging yet rewarding, helping me reinforce key concepts and skills.

I honestly sad that this class had to end because not only was the instruction top tier but the facilitated discussions were a confidence builder to me in my development on my Scrum Master journey. And none of this is possible w/o Eric Tucker and ThinkLouder. 10/10!!!

Eric was FANATASTIC. Kept levity and humor while also teaching the fundamentals in a new way to really advance my knowledge. Also he's got a great radio voice that kept me engaged 😂
