Refund Policy

Cancellations are difficult for everyone. If The Druckman Company must cancel a class due to low enrollment or other factors, enrollees will be given a full refund and may register in a future event if they wish.

If you've registered for an event and find you cannot attend, you are eligible for a full refund up to ten business days prior to the course start date. Simply let us know in writing that you cannot attend class and would like a refund.

After this date, no refunds are available. However, you are welcome to transfer your registration to a friend or colleague. You may also, for a $200 fee, roll your registration to a future class on a space-available basis (please note that this option is available only for courses sponsored by The Druckman Company and not partner-sponsored classes).

Angela's passion for training was very evident, she engaged with everyone and gave personal insights which were very helpful. The course ran for the full expected time with no gaps in the training, she did not cut the class time short.

I learned a lot from Angela. The content was well organized and easy to understand. I enjoyed the interactions with other students in the class.

Finding the right course was great! Keeping track of the login information was a bit trickier. I would have liked to have a confirmation and calendar reminder so I make sure to block out the time. Other than that, the process was smooth.

Angela has a depth of knowledge that is impressive. Any random example thrown at her, and she can find a way to relate it to the subject. Well worth the time.
