She is also candid and will take the time to clarify and discuss topics that need it. She is a great facilitator and the course curriculum was well thought out and executed.

Both new and existing concepts were presented which was great. I was able to ask questions and we were able to put them to practice in small groups. The breakout rooms were fun & engaging. I got to know my classmates / teammates in a trusting environment and appreciated the variety of ideas within those groups. Highly recommended for a CSM so they can take it to the next level in their practice.
