A great course prepared and presented by Zuzi Sochova.Zuzi has perfectly combined the factual side with her mind set and thus effectively conveys her knowledge, experience and opinions.
It was a workshop where I learned and realized a lot!
I attended a course recently and unfortunately, I'm not entirely satisfied for several reasons:Firstly, the instructor frequently created breakout rooms for discussions but never once joined or contributed to any of them. This lack of engagement was disappointing as it left us feeling disconnected and unsupported.Secondly, there was an excessive delegation of tasks to the participants of the course. While some level of participation is expected, it felt like too much responsibility was placed on us rather than on the instructor.Additionally, the instructor failed to effectively convey a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter to the participants. For instance, during discussions on large scale scrum frameworks, despite none of us having practical experience, the instructor couldn't provide adequate explanations when asked. This lack of clarity left us feeling unsatisfied and confused.

It is worth attending her courses, I could learn a lot and improve myself. :)
