Sherman had a lot of great knowledge and answers to the many scenarios that were brougt up. He made the course fun, collaorative and easy to follow.

Sherman is an awesome trainer. He is very friendly, warm and approachable which made asking questions very easy. Also, his style of training was great and I am glad I got my CSM training from Sherman. The two day long training was not boring even for a minute which is unusual and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
