CAL2™ also certifies the successful application of leadership skills in specific situations. Every three weeks, we reflect on the application of what we have learned in everyday practice with Olaf's supervision. Everyone works on their personal development plan. The learning journey usually lasts 6-12 months. This is how we connect the leader and the context in the organization.

Our supervision calls take place on Wednesdays at 18:00 on Zoom.
